The Korean singer BAEKHYUN will visit the Uber Eats Music Hall in Berlin as part of his "<Reverie> WORLD TOUR" live on July 13, 2025.

BAEKHYUN has been performing as a solo artist since 2019. His debut album “City Lights” was a huge success and is the best-selling solo album of the 2010s in South Korea.

Q: What time should I arrive for Fan benefits?
• Fan Benefits queuing officially opens at 14:30 – We strongly recommend you avoid arriving before 14:30, in accordance with venue operations.
• Door for Soundcheck opens from 16:00.Note: The weather may be warm — please bring water, dress comfortably, and take care while waiting outside. Don’t worry — everyone will definitely get in and receive their benefits!

Q: Where do I queue?
• Look for the teardrop flags marking the iMe Gold and iMe Silver lines.
• Stay in your designated line to help the process run smoothly.DURING ENTRY & REDEMPTION
Q: How does the benefit redemption work?
• You’ll receive your colored wristband before or during queuing. It will be put on by our staff.
• After your ticket is scanned, proceed directly to pick up your Fan benefits.
• Fans who damage or lose their wristband will not be issued a replacement and will automatically lose entitlement to all benefits. Kindly be informed wristbands are not transferable — if caught, fan benefits will be immediately revoked.
• Your wristband and laminate must be worn at all times during the event — torn, worn, or lost items will not be reissued or accepted.Q: What Fan Benefits items will I receive?

Q: When is the Soundcheck?
• The Pre-show Soundcheck is scheduled for 17:00.
• Both GOLD and SILVER ticket holders will enter the standing area for the Pre-show Soundcheck and Post-show Goodbye Session. After the Soundcheck, seated guests will be guided back to their seats.
• If you are late for the start of the Soundcheck, regardless of the reason, you will not be allowed to join and no refunds or compensation will be provided.
• Important: Strictly no photography or video recording during the Soundcheck — this includes mobile phones. Anyone seen recording will be escorted out of the venue.Q: What happens after the show?
• After the show ends, please stay in your seat. Staff will guide you when it’s time for the Goodbye Session and Group Photo (if applicable).
• The Goodbye Session will be held after the performance. Depending on the day’s situation, it may take some time before you can attend — thank you for your patience.
• GOLD ticket holders will stay behind for the Group Photo and will be guided in small groups (around 20 people each). Please stay with your group to keep things moving smoothly.EXIT & RE-ENTRY
Q: Can I leave and come back in?
• There is no re-entry once your ticket is scanned — please bring all essentials with you! Q: Is there a special exit for Fan Benefits attendees?
• Where possible, a separate route will be used to help guests exit easily after post-show activities.GENERAL REMINDERS
Keep your wristband and laminate on at all times, lost or damaged items will not be replaced.

• Ticket holders with prohibited items will not be allowed entry.
